The story of Avv. Maleski begins with a personal journey. It all started when Caio became curious about his Italian roots and uncovered the history of the Marchiori family. After seven years of in-depth research, learning, and dedication, he finally gathered all the documents that officially recognized his family’s right to Italian citizenship.

This process sparked not only a passion for genealogy and family history, but also a deep understanding of the legal and bureaucratic challenges faced by foreigners living in Italy. With his background as a lawyer in Brazil, Caio decided to turn this knowledge into a professional service — now offering much more than citizenship assistance.

Alongside his wife Pietra, also a lawyer and descendant of the Italian Ligabue family, the couple joined forces to expand their legal practice internationally. And so, Avv. Maleski was born: a firm that blends empathy, expertise, and high-level legal support to help foreigners live legally and confidently in Italy.
